Chandigarh : Dr. Sazina Khan, a poetess and passionate international literary advocate based in Dubai has launched her latest collection of poems, Wounds and Wonders here yesterday.

About the Author’s

Dr. Sazina Khan, originally from Chandigarh, India, has an impressive educational background, holding a doctorate and four master’s degrees, including TESOL from Trinity College and certifications from UNESCO. Now residing in Dubai, Dr.Khan is a celebrated figure in the literary world, known for her contributions as a keynote speaker, toastmaster, and mentor to emerging poets and an eminent life coach. She is a passionate logophile whose writings reflect a keen awareness of global issues and the cosmopolitan zeitgeist.
She now lives in Dubai and is associated with the esteemed BEAM group as the Head of Department and board member of the ARV inspection team, apart from being Vice President at Leaders Toastmaster Club, chairing the ASCS Literacy Committee, being a mentor for budding poets and research students, and a life coach. As a logophile, she indulges in a diverse range of writing that portrays her awareness about the fast-moving cosmopolitan world and the issues concerning it.

As a philanthropist, she has been the founding member of an NGO “Healing Himalayas Foundation” which is well known for accelerating the cleaning drives across Himalayan region and regularly engages in other volunteering opportunities across UAE.

Dr. Khan is also the founder of UAE Book Forum and her platform would facilitate different authors to be recognized for their contribution in the literary field across the United Arab Emirates and to build a culture of reading in the entire middle eastern region.
